BIM MANAGER
Our HOK Hong Kong office is currently seeking a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager, to lead the BIM effort across our Asia offices. Candidates must have worked in an Architectural and Interiors environment, have Revit experience and strong technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities

Supports BIM users in our Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore offices.

Mentors personnel in BIM.

Provides support in Revit and other design software to project teams.

Organizes project specific BIM Coordinators and provide support to project teams.

Implements Revit and other design software in compliance with HOK BIM standards.

Participates in firm-wide BIM efforts.

Addresses technical issues, with the support of other HOK BIM Managers, firm-wide BIM Leaders, vendors, and other resources.

Maintains current knowledge of BIM and other design software, industry developments in integrated practice, and other applicable techniques.
Qualifications
-
Equivalent of Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interiors, Information Technology or a related engineering discipline or a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

Minimum 5 years' experience in computer-aided design/3D Modeling.

LEED accreditation preferred.

Excellent skills in Revit required, AutoCAD a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel required.

Knowledge about sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines preferred.

Proficiency in 3D Modeling software such as SketchUp, 3dsMax, Ecotect, Rhino; including the ability to configure these programs preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing required.
